Dimboola Nursing Home is located within the picturesque rural town of Dimboola. This bright modern home provides facilities that support residents to maintain their connections within the wider community. The nursing home is well supported by the Horsham campus and the many services that Wimmera Health Care Group offer.
This attractive home has been designed to accommodate 26 residents all on one level to allow for ease of access, ensuring quality and comfortable accommodation and care in a friendly home-like environment.

The home has three spacious dining rooms/lounge areas with large screen televisions and kitchen facilities. The relaxed setting encourages residents to maintain their freedom and independence within a safe and comfortable environment, supported by a highly skilled and competent nursing team.
Our gardens and courtyards have comfortable seating for pleasant outdoor recreation. The landscaped surrounds incorporate lawn areas, planted gardens, easy walking paths, garden sculptures, bbq facilities and a mural designed by a local artist. All rooms have a view outside with some rooms offering direct access to the garden.
Food is important to our residents and we endeavor to provide a pleasant engaging and social atmosphere during the dining experience. Residents’ needs and preferences are catered for, and reviewed as required by specialists such as the Dietician, Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist. Residents are actively encouraged to have input into the food provided.
Our Leisure and Lifestyle Team co-ordinate and undertake activities with the residents either one on one or in group settings. The program aims to promote the independence, skills, memory and dignity of our residents.
