Service Description/Overview

A service providing acute hospital patients to be treated at home instead of having to stay in hospital. The service includes; intravenous antibiotics, complex wound care, drain tube care and anticoagulation until INR is therapeutic.

Hours are 0800hrs - 2200hrs   7 days a week
