The Wimmera Health Care Group Foundation has donated funds to purchase a defibrillator for use in the Dimboola community.
Foundation trustee and Dimboola resident Mr Schneider said the defibrillator will be kept at the Dimboola Campus and loaned out for events.

“This is a great way for the Foundation and the Wimmera Health Care Group to partner with each other to help keep the broader community safe,” Mr Schneider said.
“The defibrillator can be hired for a gold coin donation for a range of events, such as a sporting event or a birthday party.”
Wimmera Health Care Group Chief Executive Chris Scott said the unit could save someone’s life and was extremely easy to operate.
“When turned on the unit gives step by step instructions. We are very happy to help provide this service to the community,” Mr Scott said.
