Service Description / Overview

The Dental Clinic treats patients who hold a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card and children under 13 without a concession. The clinic provides basic dental treatment (fillings, extractions, cleanings) including dentures or false teeth. Each service requires a patient's co-payment or contribution.

Eligibility

Patients must hold a current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card or aged under 13 years.

Eligible clients accessing Medicare Child Benefits Scheme, funds can be treated at the dental clinic.

Waiting List

Waiting lists apply for most treatments, except emergencies. Priority access is provided to children and youths up to age 17, refugees, asylum seekers, Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders and eligible pregnant women.
