Move4Life is on this year and it’s had a facelift.

Wimmera Health Care Group is holding their fourth Move4Life event on Sunday, March 5 at the Horsham Town Hall.

Communications Manager and event organiser Amelia Crafter said the event will be totally different to previous years.

"This year we’re taking a different approach to get people moving and participating in exercise," Mrs Crafter said.

"The event will consist of six, 20 minute exercise classes of different styles.

"People can come and try one or two classes that interest them, or challenge themselves and do all six."

Wimmera Health Care Group is partnering with Horsham Rural City Council, Equip Physio, Snap Fitness, YMCA, Fuzion Fitness, Anytime Fitness and Horsham Allied Martial Arts.

"We are very excited about the new Move4Life format and hope to see our dedicated followers attending, along with people who have never participated before," she said.

"This event has always been for people of all fitness levels and abilities and this year is no different."

The event starts at 10am and entry is by gold coin donation and funds raised go towards the Wimmera Cancer Centre. Participants are asked to wear exercise appropriate clothing and bring a drink bottle.
