Wimmera Health Care Group is calling for community feedback to help guide our Consumer Participation Plan.
We have a survey out to help us find out what is important to you and how we can do things better.
The survey can be picked up from the following locations:

All aged care homes
Community Options Reception (Wimmera Uniting Care Building – Level 1)

The feedback from consumers will be used to ensure our services meet the needs and expectations of the community.
